5. Job Summary
As a Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of your assigned branch. Your primary goal is to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and overall branch success. Oversee various operational aspects, including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales. Align these functions with the overall objectives of the cafeteria service. Provide training, coaching, and development to branch personnel. Motivate the team to perform at their best. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:

• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Lead by example and foster a positive work environment. Encourage teamwork and collaboration.

Share best practices with other branches and headquarters. Stay informed about effective practices and competitive intelligence.
• Handle customer complaints and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Improve the branch’s presence and reputation by networking within the community.
• Manage branch expenses, cost control, and sales budgets.
• Report and address maintenance and machinery issues.
Request support from department champions for staff training and development needs.
Respond to department inspector reports and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and address HR-related issues.
Complete ERP system tasks accurately and on time.
• Manage raw materials and ensure goods are tracked appropriately.
Oversee the usage of raw materials for staff, the recovery, and the accuracy of the ERP system.

Qualifications/Experiences
First, Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Next, Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP and inventory management software.
• Proven branch management experience.
Fluency in the English language is necessary.
• Familiarity with modern management techniques and best practices.
