Work Experience: 3 years as Human Capital Officer II or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the Banking industry OR 2 years as Senior Human Capital Officer or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience.

Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Manager, Grade D Branch:
We are also looking for a Manager for our Grade D Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a managerial role and a strong understanding of banking operations.
